Adventure Helicopter Tours will immediately charge 25% deposit upon scheduling your tour. AHT will refund the full amount less 25% of your tour back to the same credit card if you cancel your tour prior to 72 hours. AHT Will charge 50% for cancellations between 24-72 hours. No cancellations within 24 hours. If you fail to show up for your tour, you will forfeit refund and will be charged full amount. AHT will reschedule your tour with no cancellation fee due to weather that prevents us from flying, of is deemed unsafe by our tour pilot. AHT will refund the complete value of your tour if our aircraft is grounded for maintenance reasons. Total cost included fuel surcharge and airport fees.
